This is junmai daiginjyo brewed with special care by craftsman, then filtered by fukuro-tsuri method ( drip filter). This sake is made exclusively for competition use and not released to general market.

The bottle showing KOI is decorated with pure gold. It comes in a gift box made from Kiri wood , and made by a renown Japanese craftsman who offers traditional wooden toys for Japan’s Imperial house.

這是由工匠精心釀造的純米大吟釀，然後通過袋濾法（滴濾法）過濾。此清酒僅供比賽使用，不投入一般市場。

呈現錦鯉圖案的瓶子採用純金裝飾。它採用桐木製成的禮盒，由一位為日本皇室提供傳統木製玩具的日本著名工匠製作。
