This sake is a limited edition celebrating the 400th anniversary of the establishment of the brewery. The name of the sake is taken from the Zen phrase “Qingshan Yuan will not move, and Baiyun comes from here.” 40% polishing rate, the method of “seven verticals and twenty crosses” is adopted, it is matured at low temperature after brewing.
