Gokuhizo was firstly relased in 1968 and was the first openly sold junmai daiginjo sake in the market. Made from yamada nishiki rice from special A region in Hyogo prefecture, it undergoes 3-year ageing at ice-cold temperature, giving an elegant fruity aroma, round and complex palate.
