B-type shochu (also known as Honkaku shochu): After only one distillation, it retains the strong flavor and taste of the raw materials. It is basically consumed as a single product and will not be used as a bartender (there are exceptions).
It is a distilled liquor, which is more refreshing and smoother than ordinary shochu. This pure rice shochu has an alcohol content of 25% and has a unique fruity aroma of fourteen generations. It has a banana-like aroma that is unforgettable.
