Tatsuno otoshigo is one of the signature brewer’s rice of Takagi Shuzo of Juyondai. As soon as opening the bottle, the fruity aroma like apple and muscat pops up vibrantly.

The texture is thick and mellow; the condensed cluster of sweetness spreads beautifully.
It’s thick but extremely transparent in parallel. That’s an exquisite part of this label. So, the finish is unbelievably clean to the first impression.
