Zhubai is the Japanese name for sake in ancient times. Juyondai called Longquan the Zhubai on the Great Pole. This sake can be regarded as the “little brother” of Longquan. Made from Yamada Nishiki and Aisan rice, and the polishing rate not exceeding 50%. It is a raw sake.

Taste: A strong apple aroma mixed with sour notes such as pineapple and citrus. Compared to other wines, it is slightly pungent.

Best paired with savory meals such as heavy flavors and barbecues.
